The staff were pleasant and the park was kept clean. I also appreciated that the pods were conveniently located close to the toilets, showers, and washing up sinks, which were all well-maintained. The outdoor pool was a fun and clean amenity. I would recommend this hotel for a short camping trip.

The camping pods were surprisingly spacious and cozy, with lovely views of the fishing lakes. The site itself was well-maintained and had a beautiful open-air pool, perfect for enjoying hot weather. The staff were helpful and the food was great. We even tried fishing for the first time and had a relaxing time by the lake, with other fishermen offering their assistance. The nearby town of Thorpeness Beach was a charming spot for a beach day and had cute shops and cafes.
The toilet and shower facilities for the camping pods could have been closer and better lit, especially during nighttime visits.

The camping pods were clean and spacious, with the added luxury of electric sockets. the staff were friendly and the shower/toilet block was very clean. the beautiful view from the pod looking over the lake was a highlight.
The muddy pathways were a bit of a downside, especially after a rainy night. It would have been helpful if there was some bark chippings to soak up the mud.

While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. the camping pods were placed quite close together, resulting in limited privacy from neighboring guests.
